Atlas Implementation

Accreditation iconIncluded with every license

Atlas Implementation follows 3 main phases, and progresses by a series of emails, virtual meetings, and technical training.
Most implementations take approximately 1-3 months, though this is flexible depending on each school’s needs.

Strategic Planning iconPhase 1 Success Planning

We understand that successfully introducing a curriculum process to your faculty entails more than just providing them with another online system. Successful initiatives require a strategic vision, thoughtful messaging, and a clear action plan. So we begin by meeting to discuss your goals, help you develop a plan for faculty engagement, and identify key benchmarks to meet along the way.

During an initial planning meeting, we’ll review your success plan, identify key dates & benchmarks to meet your goals, and help begin crafting your messaging for faculty. These documents will serve as a guide for managing your curriculum process moving forward.

Next, we’ll work with you to gather the specific requirements for building an Atlas system that is customized to meet your school’s specific needs. If requested, our Data Services team may also facilitate the import of existing curriculum into Atlas.

To build and customize an Atlas system that best supports your curriculum goals, we’ll help you to gather: school logo & calendar of key dates, custom unit & lesson plan templates, curriculum standards used by each department, assessment methods & types commonly used at your school, and a list of users & courses.
